研究了一种具有实时报警和故障智能分析的多功能制氢设备监控系统。该系统通过下位机对制氢过程中制氢压力、充氢压力、槽体温度、制氢电压、泄氢浓度关键指标数据进行实时采集,利用上位机实现对数据的智能处理。一旦发现险情,不仅现场声光报警,并且向相关人员发出手机短信,进行手机视频监看,同时启动保护控制系统,停止制氢。该系统还根据制氢设备的特殊生产环境,实现了制氢设备故障的多数据融和诊断,使系统不仅能够在单个传感器数据超过上限数值时实时声光报警,而且能够根据多个传感器数据进行融和处理,对可能出现的超阈值趋势或故障进行诊断和预警。有效地提升了制氢设备的安全性和可靠性,也进一步确保了制氢设备和工作人员的安全,同时明显减轻了现场工作人员的劳动强度。
This paper presents a real-time alarm and intelligent fault analysis monitoring system on hydrogen production equipment. The system through lower machine real-time collection the data of five key indicators: production hydrogen pressure,hydrogen charging pressure,tank temperature,concentration of leakage hydrogen. And use PC to realize intelligence processing of the data,once found that danger,not only live sound and light alarm,and send SMS to the relevant personnel,conduct mobile video monitoring,protection and control the systems and stop hydrogen production.based on the special of hydrogen production equipment,the system can to achieve a diagnosis of multiple data fusion for hydrogen equipment failure,the system can exceeds the of real-time sound and light alarms then a sensor data upper limit value,and can do multi-data fusion for early warning on fault of hydrogen production equipment. This way can effectively improve the safety and reliability of hydrogen production equipment. Also ensure that the hydrogen production equipment and personnel safety,and significantly reduce the labor intensity of field staff.
