气体传感器在石油化工、环境监测、航空航天等领域有着广泛的应用。由于具有独特的物理化学性质,TiO2被广泛用于气体传感器敏感材料的研究。综述了基于TiO2气体传感器的研究进展,并重点就H2,NH3,H2 S,CO和NO2五种常见的气体进行了阐述。从基于TiO2气体传感器的材料制备、传感性能、传感机理和存在的问题等方面进行了讨论,并指出了基于TiO2的气体传感器发展趋势。
Gas sensor has wide applications in petroleum chemical industry,environmental monitoring,and aerospace. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties,TiO2 has been extensively used as gas sensing material. Research progress of TiO2-based gas sensor are reviewed and five gases are addressed including H2 , NH3 ,H2 S,CO and NO2 . The preparation,gas sensing properties,sensing mechanism and existing problems of TiO2-based gas sensor are discussed,in addition,future prospect of TiO2-based gas sensor is pointed out.
