Under the new circumstance of economical globalization, “ Chongqing-Xinjiang to Europe ” channel is one of the most significant platforms to fulfill regional integration development, take advantages of geopolitical, boost multilateral cross-border trade and have communication and cooperation with each other. The strategic significance of the “ Chongqing-Xinjiang to Europe” channel, the geopolitical risks, coordination mechanism and relevant policies that we may be faced with in the process of con-struction are analyzed, from which we can see that our domestic enterprises generally lack comprehensive competition ability that leads to some issues and challenges in the u aspects of investment risk and industry planning. Some corresponding countermeas-ures which is of great value to facilitate the implementation of the u Chongqing-Xinjiang to Europe channel smoothly are put for-ward.
