通过层次分析（AHP）和德尔菲专家咨询结果建立了城乡卫生一体化评价指标体系，运用SPSSl6．0和yaahp0．5．2软件，通过专家赋值法和层次分析法进行权重的综合计算。运用构建的评价指标体系对成都市城乡卫生一体化进行了综合评价。结果表明：成都市城乡卫生一体化的综合指数为1．2108，说明成都市城乡卫生一体化已经达到较高的程度，成都市基层医疗机构在基本医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务的提供上已经逐步实现了城乡均等化。

英文摘要：

This paper sets up the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration in health with AHP and Delphi method result. Delphi weight method and AHP are applied to the calculation of weight coefficient by using SPSS16.0 and yaahp0. 5.2 software. The practice of urban-rural integration in health in Chengdu is comprehensively evaluated by this evaluation index system. The result shows that the composite index of urban-rural integration in health in Chengdu is 1. 2108, which shows that Chengdu has reached a high level in urban-rural integration in health. Especially, supply of basic medical service and public health tends to realizing urban-rural equalization.
