发展了一个揭示轮毂端区堵塞变化的物理模型,将端壁堵塞量与主要设计参数之间建立起定量的联系,并利用数值模拟方法进行了验证.同时结合飞机跨声速面积律思想,提出了多级轴流压气机子午流道的堵塞面积律,根据此思想改进设计了一台4级压气机,经过数值模拟证明把多级压气机的堵塞量估计与子午流道的轮毂修型相结合,通过轮毂的精确修正,可以改善多级压气机通道的堵塞,使各级的匹配更加合理,效率和裕度得以增加.
A physical model to predict the end wall blockage,especially near hub,and the quantitative relationship of main design parameters was developed.Compared with the area rule of the ideological transonic aircraft,a multi-stage axial compressor meridional channel area rule related to blockage was presented.Numerical simulation results show that,this could improve the characteristics of a four stages axial compressor,and promote sharply its through-flow ability and efficiency with an available stall margin.
