本文基于动态光散射法,对体积分数为0.01%的SiO_2/H_2O颗粒分散体系,测量了SiO_2平均粒径为237.57nm,测量结果的相对不确定度为2.28%。进而测量了30、40°℃生物柴油/SiO_2颗粒分散体系,在30℃时黏度测量结果与毛细管法结果一致,测量的黏度平均值为4.86 mPa·s,测量结果的相对不确定度为4.64%。在40℃时,衰减时间随测量时间增加而增加,表明纳米颗粒出现团聚,分散稳定性变差。
Based on dynamic light scattering method,the average particle size was measured using SiO_2/H_2O dispersion system with volume fraction of 0.01%,and the result was 237.57 nm with the relative uncertainty of 2.28%.Further measurement was conducted on biodiesel/SiO_2 dispersion system at temperature of 30 and 40℃.The results shows that the viscosity was consistent with capillary tube method at 30℃,and the mean value of viscosity is 4.86 mPa·s with a relative uncertainty of 4.64%.However at 40℃,the decay time increased with the measurement time,which indicated the dispersion system was instable.
