通过对三山岛金矿新立矿区的典型采场进行现场调查及部分冒顶位置现场勘察,发现采场顶板冒顶破坏的形式主要表现为一种"倒三角形式"的破坏,即顶板受节理构造影响存在危岩体。为了解决这一顶板冒顶问题,对采场岩体结构和力学性质进行研究就显得尤为重要。在现场调查研究的基础上,通过应用块体滑动理论,分析危岩体所处开挖面及不连续面构成一共点图案,临空锥所在的那一部分称为判断面,搜寻判断区外的切割锥,分析巷道顶板块体滑动的模式和安全系数,为巷道设计提供理论依据和技术支撑,以保证矿山安全生产。
Through field survey on the typical stope and roof falls in Xinli section of Sanshandao gold mine,the break of inverse triangle model is found as the major form of roof fall in the gold mine,caused by dangerous rock because of the influence of structure joints.To solve the problem,it is very important to study the structure and mechanical property of rock mass.Based on the field survey,by means of block theory,the study is done on the excavate surface and discontinuity surface.The part which space-faced cone locates in is called judging surface,and the cutting cone is searched outside the judging zone.The model of the block slide on roof and its safety factor is analyzed,that provides the theory basis and technical support for the design of roadway,to ensure the mine production safety.
