针对白象山铁矿富水形态多变矿体,进行了基于可参考经验公式防水矿柱留设研究。通过发育体系下防水矿柱留设得出了富水层下矿体分段空场嗣后充填采矿法、上向水平分层充填采矿法和预控顶进路充填采矿法最大空顶高度和导水裂隙带高度。通过断裂构造附近矿柱留设研究得出了在断裂构造附近矿体倾角达到一定程度时,倾角越小,所留设防水安全矿柱越宽,为安全起见,选取了其最小倾角,静水压力水头高度按断层导通含水层在各勘探线最高高度计算,得到采用不同采矿方法时,各断层防水安全矿柱留设宽度平均值为104.77 m。
In light of the variable water-rich orebody in Bai Xiang shan Iron Mine,research has been carried out on setting up waterproof pillars based on referable empirical formula. The setting of waterproof pillars under the waterrich system helps obtain the maximum vacancy height and the height of water-conducting fissure zones of the mining methods,including sublevel open stoping and filling,upward horizontal slicing and filling and pre-controlled roof approach filling,for the extraction of orebodies beneath water-rich layers. The setting of pillars around fault structures helps conclude that when dip angles around the fault structure get to a particular range,the smaller the angle is,the wider the waterproof pillars are. For sake of safety,the smallest dip angle is picked. The hydrostatic pressure water head is calculated according to the maximum height of fault-conducted aquifer on each exploration line. The average width of waterproof pillars in each fault is 104. 77 m when different mining methods are applied.
