全球价值链分工体系不但在国家之间深入发展,而且延伸至一国之内,形成了国内价值链,尤其是对于地大物博、区域差异较大的中国更为明显。本文在构建嵌入次区域的全球投入产出表基础上,拓展了增加值出口和总出口增加值分解方法,对1997、2002和2007年中国各区域在全球价值链中的作用及其变化进行了实证分析。研究结果表明：（1）中国各区域的增加值贸易存在较大差异,传统总值贸易统计高估了中国各区域的贸易顺差,甚至一些区域出现传统总值国际贸易顺差,而增加值国际贸易逆差的情形。（2）中国内陆区域通过向沿海区域提供中间产品而间接实现增加值出口。传统总值贸易统计数据一般高估了沿海区域和低估了内陆区域的对外贸易贡献。（3）加入WTO后,中国各区域的垂直专业化程度快速上升,且沿海区域的垂直专业化程度高于内陆区域。但垂直专业化程度上升的结构因素各异,内陆区域主要是由与国内其他区域的垂直专业化联系加强而导致的,而沿海区域主要是由与世界其他国家的垂直专业化联系加强而引起的。

英文摘要：

The global value chain system does not only develop between countries,but also extends within a country.There exists the domestic value chain in the large country such as China where there are large regional differences.This paper constructs a global input-output table embedded with China regions,and uses the method of calculating value-added exports and decomposing total export and outflow to analyze the role of China regions and changes in the global value chains.The results are as follows.First,there is a big difference in the value added trade among the regions in China.The international trade surplus calculating by traditional trade statistic has overestimated the trade surplus in China.Even some regions have the traditional trade surplus,but deficit in value-added trade.Second,China＇s inland areas indirectly achieve value-added exports through the provision of intermediate products to the coastal areas and traditional trade statistics generally overestimate contribution of the coastal areas and underestimate the contribution of inland region to foreign trade.Third,China＇s coastal areas participate in the global value chain mainly through the domestic value chain,and the inland region is mainly involved in the global value chain through the international value chain and provide intermediate products to foreign countries.Finally,after China＇s accession to the WTO,the degree of vertical specialization of China＇s regions increased rapidly,and the degree of vertical specialization in the coastal areas was higher than that of the inland regions.However,the factors of vertical specialization between coastal areas and inland areas are different,and the main factor for rising vertical specialization of inland areas is the contact with other domestic areas,but that of coastal areas is mainly from vertical specialization with other countries.
