Facing the demand on technological innovation at home and the pressure on technological monopolization abroad,Chinese high-tech enterprises should carry out internationalization strategy of technological innovation.The paper firstly discriminates the meaning and Criterion of Assessment of Chinese high-tech enterprises,and then defines the meaning and its manifestation of Technological Innovation Internationalization Strategy of the Chinese High-tech Enterprises.Finally, from the five aspects of eclectic theory,theory of small scale technology,theory on localized technological capacities,theory on industrial updating of technological innovation and resource-based view,the paper analyzes the theoretical basis and acting mechanisms of technological Innovation Internationalization Strategy of Chinese High-tech enterprises.
