合成了一种咔唑基为给体、氰基丙烯酸为受体结构的新型有机染料(1,6-双-[3-(2-氰基丙烯酸)-咔唑]-己烷4,并对它的染料敏化太阳电池性能进行了研究.结果表明,这种咔唑基有机染料敏化的太阳电池的光电转换效率是其对应的模型染料(9-乙基-3-(2-氰基丙烯酸)-咔唑7)敏化太阳电池的3.5倍.
A novel carbazole-based dye,1,6-bis-[3-(2-cyanoacrylic acid)-carbazole]-hexane (4) was synthesized. The metal-free organic dye 4 was successfully used as the sensitizer of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The conversion efficiency of the DSSCs was about three fold of that of the corresponding model dye,9-ethyl-3-(2-cyanoacrylic acid)-carbazole 7.
