推进电机舱段圆柱壳体的振动是水下航行器的主要机械噪声源,为研究其振动与声辐射的控制措施,采用有限元/边界元方法建立了大型推进电机舱段壳体流固耦合的声振模型,对不同的基座结构形式、基座肘板布置位置和加装多个动力吸振器的电机舱段壳体水下振动与声辐射进行计算,并对数值计算结果进行了比较和分析。结果表明:L型组合板基座优于T型组合板基座,而且肘板布置在环肋处可提高基座的隔振效果;加装多个动力吸振器可取得非常好的减振降噪效果。
Cylindrical shell on the propulsion motor is a main mechanical noise source of underwater vehicle.In terms of the vibration and acoustic radiation control,a fluid-structure coupled model of underwater vehicle based on FEM/BEM is established to calculate and analyze the vibration and acoustic radiation of the cylindrical shell on the propulsion motor with different pedestal forms,different positional location of the pedestal brackets and vibration absorbers.The analysis results show that Lshaped pedestal is better than T-shaped pedestal and the pedestal bracket which is disposed at the position of the ring rid can improve the vibration isolation;the vibration absorbers can also reduce the vibration and acoustic radiation effectively.
