论文对黑曲霉降解茶多酚中儿茶素聚合体为儿茶素单体的条件进行了研究。结果表明,当培养基中茶多酚浓度为8g/L,初始pH为5.5,250mL锥形瓶装液量为100mL,黑曲霉孢子悬液(8.0×10^6/mL)接入量为6%(v/v),30℃振荡(100rpm)培养60h时,儿茶素产率为26.89%。研究结果对于深入探讨植物多酚类化合物的生物降解机理及其精细化利用具有一定的参考价值。
The polycatechins in tea polyphenols can be degraded into catechins by AspergiUus niger under certain conditions. When tea polyphenol concentration was 8 g/L and initial pH was 5.5 in the medium, inoculum volume was 6% (v/v) ,culturing the strain for 60 h at 30 ℃ ,the maximum yield of the catechins was 26.89%. The results could provide some references for understanding the biodegradation of plant polypbenols and fine applications of tea polyphenols.
