城市生态承载地研究是对城市生态承载力和城市生态足迹研究的深化与拓展.把城市生态需求与供给的博弈关系从市域扩展到区域、全国、全球等三个层次,以此来解释城市生态足迹理论不能解释的城市生态盈亏与城市兴衰的关系。城市生态承载地分内部与外部生态承载地两类.外部生态承载地以行政单元作为生态性生产地的基本单元.内部生态承载地以生态性生产地的实际形态来表达,GIS分析法和生态足迹计算法是生态承载地的基本研究方法。城市生态承载地分布格局有地域结构与地域状态两层含义.地域结构反映的是6类生态性生产地的组合及其综合特征.地域状态反映的是生态承载地的生态稳定性与生态服务质量特征。生态资源地域分布、资源规模、服务质量、市场竞争成本、通达性等直接影响城市生态承载地的分布格局。城市生态承载地分布格局的合理性评价以及城市生态可持续潜力的预测是未来主要研究方向.
The concept of urban ecological carrying space expands the applicabili- ty of the notions of urban eco-footprint and urban eco-carrying capacity from city area to three levels of region, country and the earth and it helps explain the relationships between urban ecological profit and loss as well as urban rise and decline that eco-footprint theory cannot explain. There are two kinds of carrying spaces for cities within city border and out of city border. Administration unit is the basic unit of out-of-city eco-carrying space. The practical form of ecological land is the basic unit of in-city ecological carrying space. GIS and eco-footprint methods are the basic methods for examining eco-carrying spaces. Space structure and space state express space pattern of urban eco-carrying space and the space structure is the combination and comprehensive characters of 6 eco-lands, the space state is eco-stability and eco-service quality of eco-carrying space. Factors such as distribution of eco-resources, market competition, access, resource scale, eco-service qualitydirectly control spatial pattern of urban eco-carrying space. The assessment of the spatial pattern and the forecast of urban ecological sustainability are the important direction in the future.
