Michael Porter＇s ″diamond model″ is the classical model of competitive advantage of the international industry analysis.This paper describes the ″diamond model″ on the regional dimension of economic analysis,to study the interactive development of the industrial cluster and specialized market.In this paper,amends after the ″diamond model″ for the logical analysis framework,takes the most representative of Shaoxing in Zhejiang textile industry cluster and the China Textile City Market for example,and explains dynamic mechanism of interaction development of industrial clusters and specialized market from the micro-level.
