文章以无线购物复杂程度、无线购物网站质量、无线网络系统的服务稳定性和可靠性等作为影响因素构建研究模型,通过发放调研问卷取得数据,利用SPSS22.0和结构方程模型(SEM)软件Lisrel8.7对问卷的信度、效度和模型建设进行分析检验,结果表明,无线购物网站质量、无线网络系统的服务稳定性和可靠性、无线商家的品牌知名度和活动促销力度、同伴群体的影响、消费者的敢于创新的个性特征等五个因素对消费者的购买行为决策有正向显著影响,而感知的移动支付安全风险负向显著影响消费者购买行为决策。文章最后建议商家建设好网站、塑造品牌形象、加大促销力度、收集客户信息和加强信息基础设施建设等,以吸引更多的消费者通过移动电子商务进行消费,促进电子服务的发展。
To build a research model with wireless shopping complex degree, wireless shopping sites quality, the stability and reliability of wireless network system service as the influence factors, by issuing investigation questionnaires and obtaining the data,using the SPSS22.0 and structural equation model(SEM) software Lisrel8.7 to analyze and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires and model construction, the result shows that the wireless shopping website quality, the stability and reliability of wireless network system service, the wireless merchants' brand awareness and activities promotions, the influence of peer groups, the creative personality traits of consumers have positive significant effect on consumers' purchase behavior decision-making, and the perceptive mobile payment security risks has the negative significant impact on consumer buying behavior decisions. Finally, according to these, the paper puts forward some management suggestions for electronic business related enterprises and wireless services platform.
