建立了一阶金字塔夹芯结构和二阶金字塔夹芯结构的三维有限元热传导模型,分析了两种夹芯结构的瞬态热传导及瞬态热传导和辐射相耦合换热性能,对比了两种芯体结构中热传导性能,并以此为基础对两种夹芯结构产生的热变形和热应力进行了分析.结果表明,在考虑芯体材料辐射后,二阶金字塔芯体结构的传热能力高于一阶金字塔芯体结构,结构中的热应力低于一阶金字塔芯体结构.
The 3D finit element models are established to study the heat conduction and the heat stress of the first order pyramidal truss and the second order pyramidal truss.The heat conduction abilities are analysed between the two structures and based on the heat conduction,the heat deformation and the heat stress in the two structures are contrasted.Results show that with the radiation of the core material,the heat conduction ability of the hierarchical pyramidal core sandwich structure with the second-order core is higher than the structrue with the first-order core and the heat stress is smaller than the structrue with the first-order core.
