水平管道段塞流液塞速度实验研究

本文在水平长环道上采用电导探针互相关测速技术实验研究了液塞速度,给出了液塞速度与气液混合速度的关联式。研究表明,在低Froude数和高Froude数时液塞速度分别对应不同的关联式。实验结果与文献报道比较表明,在低Froude数区很好吻合;在高Froude数区,实验结果高于其他研究者的数据。分析表明,液塞速度不受尾波效应影响,主要受液塞和长气泡长度以及液塞含气率作用。在低Froude数区,上下游探针测量的液塞和长气泡长度以及液塞含气率差别较小,因此液塞速度关联式一致;在高Froude数区,液塞和长气泡平均长度以及液塞含气率沿管增大,因此上下游的关联式不一致。

英文摘要:

The velocities of liquid slugs in continuous slug flow were studied experimentally in a 133 m long horizontal pipeline. Measurements were performed by cross-correlating the signals of two pair of probes installed along the pipeline. Correlations of liquid slug velocities against the mixed velocities are presented. It is found that the correlations depend on Froude numbers. At low Froude numbers, the correlation from the measurements of the upstream probes is consistent with that of the downstream probes and both correlations agree well with the results of other researchers. But there is difference between the correlation of the upstream probes and that of the downstream probes at high Froude numbers. Compared with the experimental data of other researchers, it is expected that the velocities of liquid slugs are affected by the void fraction in liquid slugs and the evolution of the lengths of liquid slugs and elongated bubbles along pipeline. However, the wake effect may have no influence on the liquid slug velocities.
