应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对安徽大别山分水岭鹞落坪自然保护区7月份开花的32科52种3变种植物的花粉形态进行了观察和研究,提供了花粉图谱、植物生长习性和地理分布范围,为地层中的化石花粉鉴定提供标准图谱和相关信息。对该区域植物的生态因子,包括地理位置、分布范围、海拔高度、年降水量、年积温和生境进行归纳总结,确定该区域的花粉形态综合特征与气候和环境之间可能的联系,为地层孢粉研究提供现代孢粉学依据。
Pollen morphology of 52 species and 3 varieties from the watershed Yaoluoping region of the Dabie Mountains was examined and described under light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) with the pollen atlas,plant habit and geographical distribution attached.The main ecological factors of these plants are provided as geographical position(30°57'—31°06'N,116°02'—116°11'E),altitude(800—1 700 m),annual precipitation(1 400—2 000 mm) and annual accumulated temperature(2 380—4 280℃,≥10℃).The present results show a close relationship between the pollen morphology of these flowering plant and the main ecological factors in July in the study areas.
