英文摘要：

At present,it is an utmost urgency for us to combat commercial bribery strictly.The legal means is proved to be the most important and the most effective approach.Many countries and areas throughout the world have being enacting and amending corresponding laws to guarantee a legal environment for combating various commercial bribery crimes and some of their implementations are quotable to us.Nowadays in China,although the legal measures against commercial bribery are improving,there are obvious limitations such as ambiguous legislation and dispersive supervision.Improving the legal environment to restrict and eliminate commercial bribery is not only the requirement of the socialist market economy but also a important part of anti-corruption proiect.
