As the subject of the reform and opening to the outside world, people’s autonomous consciousness and ability have been gradually strengthened and their achievements of initiative spirit have become increasingly rich. At present, the obstacles to people’s participation in the reform are the freezing of power, rights and interests. To get rid of the constraints of the three major obstacles, we should realize the transformation from “power oriented” consciousness to “service oriented” consciousness, safeguard the people’s rights of expressing, rights of decision-making participation so to construct an integral mode of interests with the harmonious cooperation and win-win coexistence with diversification of interests and to actualize people’s position of body of reform and opening up.
