在考虑加速、爬坡、最高车速、燃油消耗等车辆性能指标的基础上,对雪地车动力参数进行匹配,以获得最佳的动力经济性能,具有重要的意义。论文在对雪地车进行动力性分析的基础上,根据整车设计要求进行传动比的设计,匹配了无级变速传动系统(CVT)与齿轮箱的速比。根据匹配方案,对雪地车动力经济性进行了研究,得到了最高车速、百公里油耗等指标,满足了设计要求,为无级变速传动系统及减速箱的开发提供了理论依据。
In order to get excellent snowmobile dynamical and economical performance , dynamical parameters are optimized and matched on the basis of vehicle performance index. Transmission ratio is designed based on the whole vehicle pecformance demand. Speed ratios of CVTS and the gear box are proposed in this paper. Indexs of maximum speed and fuel consumption per 100 - kilometer are found which satisfy the demand and provid theoretical basis for the development of CVT and the gear box.
