少齿差行星传动在实现小体积、轻量化、高可靠性、长寿命、大扭矩、大传动比等方面具备先天的优势。笔者介绍了一种处于研究阶段的新型高性能少齿差行星齿轮传动件——滤波减速器;推导了一对内啮合齿轮副传动误差的数学计算式,并结合概率统计的方法对滤波减速器传动误差进行了计算;通过对计算和试验结果的比较验证了内啮合齿轮传动误差计算式的正确性;对滤波减速器传动误差的相关影响因素进行了分析从而提出了一些改进措施。
Few teeth difference planetary transmission has the advantage of small size, light weight, high reliability, long life, high torque, and large transmission ratio etc. Therefore, it is more and more widely used. In this paper, a new type of high-performance driving part called filtering gear reducer was briefly introduced. Then, the formula of transmission error was derived towards a pair of internal meshing gears, and the transmission error of filte- ring gear reducer was calculated with the method of probability statistics. Satisfactory result is obtained through the calculation and measurement of transmission error. Finally, analysis is performed on the correlation factors that influence the transmission error, and methods are proposed to improve it.
