介绍了一种新型高性能少齿差行星减速器——滤波减速器;通过考虑齿厚偏差、中心距偏差和轴承径向游隙对回差的影响,定量分析滤波减速器回差,给出其回差的计算表达式;基于回差分析,并考虑加工工艺,提出控制滤波减速器回差精度的方法。根据提出的滤波减速器回差精度控制方法,设计滤波减速器样机,并对样机进行回差测试,实验结果验证了该方法的正确性。
A new type of high-performance fewer teeth difference planetary transmission reducer called filtering gear reducer was briefly introduced. By considering the influence of the tooth thickness deviation, pitch deviation and bearing radial clearance on the backlash, the backlash was analyzed and the corresponding computation equation was derived. Based on the backlash analysis and the processing technology, a new method for controlling the precision of the backlash was proposed. According to this proposed method, a prototype of filtering gear reducer was designed, and the test on the backlash of this prototype was performed. The results verify the correctness of this proposed method.
