产业集群具有极大的竞争优势，物流产业集群化是物流产业发展的必然趋势，而信任机制是物流产业集群形成与发展的重要动力，是物流产业集群竞争优势的重要体现。在博弈视角下，通过对物流企业间一次性博弈和重复博弈的分析，阐释了物流产业集群信任机制的形成机理。基于此，在物流产业集群中引入政府监管机构，构建出政府约束下政府和物流企业、物流企业和物流企业之间的博弈模型并提出了构建物流产业集群信任机制的对策。
英文摘要：
Industrial clusters may result in great competitive advantages, so clusterization is an inevitable trend to logistics industry. Trust mechanism is the major driving forces to Logistics industrial clusters＇ formation and development, and it reflects the competitive advantage of logistics industrial clusters. Based on game theory, this paper illustrates the formation device of trust mechanism in logistics industrial clusters by analyzing a one-shot game and a repeated game. Then, a series of games played by the government and logistic enterprises under governmental supervision are introduced. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward.
