In the paper,a new optimal design on the core limb section of power transformer was presented.The new scheme is superior on effective section,better in optimization,and higher in utilization ratio.Also it is lower in manufacturing cost and energy consumption.In addition,considering the heat elimination,oil duct was designed which is more practical.
