回顾性分析全身伽玛刀治疗56例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者的疗效和毒副反应。采用50％等剂量曲线包绕靶区，总剂量35～56Gy，单次剂量3．5～7．0Gy，每周5次。治疗3个月后，原发灶完全缓解率（CR）为32．1％（18／56），部分缓解率（PR）为50％（28／56），总有效率（CR＋PR）为82．1％。1、2年生存率分别为64％、41％，中位生存期为17个月。肺急性毒性反应较轻，无2级或以上急性放射性肺炎发生。全身伽玛刀治疗Ⅲ期NSCLC是一种安全有效的局部治疗手段，且治疗毒副作用较轻。

英文摘要：

To evaluate the efficacy and toxitity of stereotactic body radiotherapy （SBRT） in patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） retrospectively. 56 patients with stage Ⅲ NSCLC were treated with whole body gamma-knife radiotherapy. Total doses of 35 - 56 Gy were delivered at 3.5 - 7.0 Gy/fraction to the 50% isodose line covering the target volume. 3 months after treatment, the complete response rate for whole body gamma-knife radiotherapy was 32. 1% , the partial response rate was 50% , and the overall response rate was 82. 1%. The 1-and 2- year overall survival rate was 64% ,41% ,respectively. None of the patients had grade 2 or greater pneumonitis. The whole body gamma-knife radiotherapy is a safe and reliable treatment with minimaltoxicity for patients with stage m NSCLC.
