为了研究不同钻孔直径、锚杆直径和注浆配合比对Ⅴ级围岩隧道锚杆锚固质量的影响,设计了简易锚杆拉拔试验台架.依托实际工程按照相似理论配置了围岩相似材料,运用能够大幅减少试验次数并且不会降低试验可行度的正交试验法选取不同试验参数组合进行了室内锚杆拉拔模型试验.结果表明:试验所选取的3个因素对锚固质量的影响程度的排列顺序为:钻孔直径→锚杆直径→浆液配合比;锚杆直径为22mm,注浆体厚度为14mm时,锚杆强度足够、注浆体厚度合理,锚固体传力效果好而且不易破坏或滑移,锚固质量最优;注浆配合比为0.4时注浆体与围岩能够很好地胶结,使得锚杆耐久性为最佳.本次试验所设计的简易锚杆拉拔试验台架可以在实际工程中推广,研究的方法及结果可为类似工程研究提供一定的指导和借鉴意义.
In order to study the selection of different drilling diameters,bolt diameters and mix ratios of grout,which affect the anchorage quality of V class surrounding rock tunnel,a simple equipment of bolt pullout test was designed.According to the similar theory,the surrounding rock similar material was arranged based on the actual engineering.For the sake of reducing the number of tests and insuring the feasible degree of the test,a test method which called orthogonal experiment was used to choose the combination of different test parameters.Then the pull-out model tests were carried out in laboratory.It turns out that the importance ranking of 3 factors which affect the anchorage quality is drilling diameter→bolt diameter→mix ratio of grout;when the bolt diameter is 22 mm and the thickness of grout is 14 mm,the bolt is strong enough and the thickness of grout is reasonable,and the anchorage body transmits force well and is uneasy to be damaged or slipped,so the anchorage quality is the best;when the grout mix ratio is 0.4,the grouting body and the surrounding rock can be better cemented,which lead into even higher quality of durability.The simple equipment of bolt pullout test which designed for the model test can be popularized in the actual engineering,and the research methods and results can provide guidance and referential significance for the similar engineering research.
