双酚A缩合反应过程中,离子交换树脂催化剂活性会随着使用时间增加及反应热的作用不断降低。为实现对催化剂活性的在线估计,本文针对某工业双酚A生产装置的反应过程,研究了催化剂的失活规律,并提出根据反应器的轴向温度分布来建立催化剂活性的状态方程及观测方程,再运用无迹卡尔曼滤波算法进行在线估计。仿真结果表明,这种基于反应机理及无迹卡尔曼滤波算法建立的催化剂活性模型估计精度较高,在双酚A生产应用中是有效的。
The catalytic activity based on cation exchange resins will be continuously reduced with increase of its used time and heat of reaction in a polycondensation process for Bisphenol A. In order to realize online estimation of the catalytic activity, the catalytic deactivation is studied in a production plant of Bisphenol A, and the state equation and observation equation are proposed based on the axial temperature distribution of the reactor, and then the Unscented Kalman Filtering (UKF) algorithm is used for on-line estimating the catalytic activity. The simulation results show that this activity model based on reaction mechanism and UKF algorithm has high estimation accuracy, and is effective in a Bispheol A production process.
