在实验室条件下,模拟研究了青草沙水库沉积物磷营养盐的释放规律。结果表明,溶解氧水平对底泥释磷的影响较大。厌氧条件下正磷酸盐和溶解态总磷的释放强度是好氧条件下的2.43倍和2.56倍;水体酸碱度越高,底泥释磷的效果越明显.弱碱性条件下正磷酸盐的释放强度分别是中性和弱酸性时的4.62倍和21.82倍,溶解态总磷的释放强度分别是中性和弱酸性时的4.13倍和14.55倍。水力扰动会引起底泥中溶解态磷的大量释放,后期释放进入水体的磷会在吸附和沉降作用下有所下降。
Phosphorus Release from Sediments in Qingcaosha Reservoir was imitated in the laboratory conditions. The results showed that dissolved oxygen levels affected phosphorus release significantly. Under anaerobic condition, the orthophosphate and total dissolved phosphorus release intensity were 2.43 times and 2.56 times of that in aerobic condition, respectively. The intensity of phosphorus release increased with the pH of water. Under weakly alkaline condition, the orthophosphate release intensity was 4.62 times and 21.82 times of that in neutral and weakly acid condition, respectively. The total dissolved phosphorus release intensity was 4.13 times and 14.55 times of that in neutral and weakly acid condition, respectively. Disturbance could cause a lot of dissolved phosphorus release into water, so in the later period, the released phosphorus would decline because of adsorption and sedimentation.
