对48根加速锈蚀的钢筋混凝土梁进行试验,研究锈蚀后钢筋混凝土梁的承载力退化规律.结合钢筋混凝土有限元的计算结果。归纳出基于锈蚀率锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁协同工作系数与综合折减系数的表达式.以电化学的法拉第定律为基本原理,提出了一种基于钢筋内部电流密度的承载力计算方法,通过该方法可对锈蚀构件的承载力、钢筋内部电流密度限值进行分析.
48 reinforced concrete beam specimens subjected to a varying degree of accelerated corrosion were experimentally tested to investigate the strengths of corrosion-beams. Combined with results computed by using the finite element method, coordination coefficient and combined reduction coefficient were obtained. Based on the Faraday's law in electrochemistry, a method to determine strength of corrode-beam based on electric density in the bar was presented. Based on the suggested method, the strength of corrosion-beams and the limitation of corrosion current density in the bar can be analyzed.
