Took the AGV in chassis line of certain corporation as the research object to analyze the synchronization fault of AGV with laser tracking and put forward feasible proposal for improvement and optimization. Through the implementation of the optimization program, the operation stability of the AGV system was enhanced, and the quality problem caused by synchronization loss during assembling process was solved, so that the quality of vehicle assembly could be improved.
