采用热分解法在Ti基体表面制备RuO2-ZrO2氧化物涂层.运用X-射线衍射(XRD)技术和交流阻抗(EIS)技术研究Ti/RuO2-ZrO2涂层电极的结构及其与电活性的关系.研究表明,所测试Ru-Zr二元氧化物涂层电极的等效电路可以用衄。(R1Q1)(Q2W)加以描述.这一电路与Ti/RuO2-TiO2涂层电极的电路具有可比性.详细分析随名义ZrO2含量的增加,R1、Q1、Q2和形阻抗值变化的规律性.并进而讨论了随ZrO2含量的增加,电极电阻元件的阻抗值变化和电容元件的电容值变化与组织形貌和结构变化之间的关系.
Binary RuO2 -ZrO2 mixed -oxides have been deposited on titanium substrate using a ther- mal decomposition method. The relation between the structure and the electrochemical activity of Ti/ RuO2 -ZrO2 coating was investigated by XRD techniques and EIS (electrochemical impendence spec- troscopy) techniques. The results show that the test Ru -Zr binary oxide coated electrodes can be de- scribed as LRn (RI Q1 ) (Q: w). This circuit could be compared to that of Ti/RuO2 -TiO2 coated elec- trodes. With the increase of the nominal ZrO2 content, the changes in impedance of R1 , Q1, Q2 and W was studied in detail. The correlations between resistance and capacitance values of the electrodes with morphological and structural factors were further discussed.
