针对决策过程中信息是模糊不确定的,属性权重信息是部分可知的,给出了一个新的多属性决策方法。首先采用区间直觉模糊不确定语言变量建模不确定信息,然后利用最大偏差法建立一个线性规划模型计算属性的权重向量,最后采用TOPSIS方法对方案进行排序。给出了具体的方案排序方法并将其应用到西安地铁壁画的评价上。实例说明新方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming as fuzzy information and partly known attribute weight information, a new multiple attribute decision making method has been proposed. In this method, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain linguistic variables have been used to model fuzzy information. A linear programming model has been set up to determine the attribute weights based on maximum deviation method. The TOPSIS has been used to rank the alternatives. A concrete algorithm has been given to rank alternatives step by step. The problem of ranking paintings in Xi' an subway has been presented to illustrate efficiency and practical advantages of the proposed method.
