英文摘要：

Aiming as fuzzy information and partly known attribute weight information, a new multiple attribute decision making method has been proposed. In this method, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain linguistic variables have been used to model fuzzy information. A linear programming model has been set up to determine the attribute weights based on maximum deviation method. The TOPSIS has been used to rank the alternatives. A concrete algorithm has been given to rank alternatives step by step. The problem of ranking paintings in Xi＇ an subway has been presented to illustrate efficiency and practical advantages of the proposed method.
