英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the reasons of different market entry strategies selected by venture enterprise under intellectual property protection, and then provides the correlations of entry strategy, intellectual property protection and number of venture en- terprise. It is found that with the number of venture enterprise increasing, a negative strategy may be the best choice for venture enterprises. So correspondingly, investigation and punishment for infringement carried by the government must be varied to com- pel the venture enterprise to adopt active entry strategies. Thus the innovative enthusiasm of venture enterprises are encouraged, and then the economy will be developed by competition and science and technology progress.
