【目的】为了研究不同倍性西瓜果实发育过程中番茄红素含量的变化,【方法】以3个系列的同源二倍体、三倍体、四倍体西瓜为材料,用HPLC(高效液相色谱法)对不同发育时期果实中番茄红素含量进行测定分析。【结果】结果表明,不同材料随着果实的发育(授粉后10—30d)番茄红素的含量不断升高;二倍体西瓜果实前期发育较快,番茄红素从授粉后15d开始有明显积累,授粉后20—30d积累速度很快,三倍体和四倍体西瓜果实发育较晚,番茄红素在授粉后20d开始明显积累,授粉后25—30d迅速积累,含量超过二倍体。【结论】二倍体西瓜果实中番茄红素开始积累时间较多倍体早,而多倍体后期生长势很强,番茄红素迅速积累,最终含量可超过二倍体。
[Objective] The study is to elucidate the difference in lycopene content change during fruit de- velopment among different ploidy watermelons. [Method]Contents of lycopene in 3 lines of different ploidy watermelons during the fruit development were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Result]The results showed that the lycopene content increased during watermelon fruit development (10 days to 30 days after pollination), riper fruits had higher lycopene eoncent than less ripe fruits. Diploid watermelon developed fast and accumulated more lycopene at the early stage, the lycopene contents of triploid and tetraploid watermelon started to increase on 20 days after pollination, then increased faster and were higher than that of diploid on 30 d after pollination. [Conclusion]The studies suggested that there were differences in lyeopene content change among different ploidy watermelons, polyploid watermelon had stronger vigor than diploid at the late stage of fruit development and accumulated more lyeopene than diploid watermelon.
