Hyperthermia is a fast developing therapy,following the surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological treatments. Currently, the researches continue to further and deepen to the molecular level. Hyperthermia induces the changes of immunogenicity of the tumor cells, the alterations of quantity, distribution and the activity of the immunologic cells, augmentation of the heat shock proteins expression and changes of the secration of cytokines. All these researches have made great progress.
