为了使指形铣刀加工等基圆锥齿轮的方法能够应用于实际,以等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮理论为基础,通过刀具加工路线的规划,完成了齿面及齿槽加工轨迹的求解.通过分析指形铣刀加工凸、凹面过程中的运动特点,求解了加工凸凹面转换过程中的轮坯分度角.通过指形铣刀截形坐标的求解,在VERICUT环境下生成了刀具模型.编写了数控加工程序,进行了仿真加工.结果表明,加工路线的规划、运动轨迹的求解、刀具模型的建立及分度角度的计算等均正确,为该齿轮的实际加工提供了范例.
In order to make the method of machining equal base circle bevel gear using end-milling cutter can be applied to the actual,based on the equal base circle bevel gear theory,through the planning tool processing path,solved the processing trajectory of tooth surface and tooth slot.Through the analysis of the movement characteristics of end-milling cutter,solved gear rotation angle in the conversion process of cutting the convex side and concave side.By solving the coordinates of cutter axis section,generated the 3D tool model in VERICUT environment.Designed the NC machining program,realized the simulation process.The results showed that the processing way,cutting trajectory,tool model and gear rotation angle calculation are all correct,which provided an example for machining this new type of gear.
