根据平面二次包络环面蜗杆副空间啮合原理,推导出环面蜗杆副的齿面方程。为改善蜗杆副的啮合性能,提出了采用变中心距和变传动比对环面蜗杆修形,分析了中心距和传动比变化对啮合性能的影响。通过变中心距或变传动比修形可以有效的消除二界限线,得到承载性能更好的II形传动形式。采用接触线点的相对诱导法曲率半径作为微观啮合质量评价参数,构造优化目标函数,确定最优修形参数的值,使接触线的分布更合理。加工了一对变中心距修形的平面二次包络环面蜗杆副,滚检结果显示:蜗轮齿面无二界限线,接触区面积增大,与分析结果一致。
The tooth surface equations of enveloping worm were deduced by the meshing theory of planar double enveloping worm gear pair. It puts forward the variable center distance and transmission ratio of enveloping worm modification for improving the meshing performance of enveloping worm pair. Through the variable center distance or transmission ratio modification it can effectively eliminate the second boundary line and get better II type transmission form about bearing performance. The relative radius of curvature about line of contact point as microscopic meshing quality evaluation parameters obtains optimization objective function and determines the optimum modification parameters value for getting the more reasonable distribution about contact line. Planar double-enveloping worm gear pair that is a pair of variable center distance modification that was machined. Rolling test results showed: worm gear tooth surface is no boundary lines. The contact region area is increased. That's all consistent with the results of the analysis.
