This paper reported hapten synthesis and identification of the organophosphate pesticide triazophos. Thiophosphoryl chloride and phenylzole alcohol and 6-aminocaproic acid were employed as the main reactants to synthesize the triazophos hapten 6-（ethoxy （1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yloxy）phospho-rothioy-lamino） hexanoic acid, the product were confirmed by MS and 1H-NMR. The result showed that the hapten synthesis strategies and condition is suitable and will be contributed to antibody preparation.
