目的探讨绿茶对正常人24h尿液草酸含量的影响。方法 12名成年健康男性志愿者在正常饮食条件下成功留取两次24h尿液后开始饮用绿茶,持续饮用1周,在饮用绿茶的第6天和第7天留取24h尿液。应用离子色谱仪检测尿液和绿茶的草酸含量。结果志愿者饮用绿茶1周后24h尿液的草酸含量相比正常饮食时显著增加[(0.24±0.09)mmol/24hvs.(0.32±0.13)mmol/24h,P〈0.05]。绿茶的草酸浓度为(44.76±0.22)mg/L。结论饮用绿茶会增加尿液中草酸含量,可能会增加草酸钙结石形成的风险。
Objective To investigate the effects of green tea consumption on urinary oxalate excretion in healthy volunteers.Methods Study was carried out in 12 health males and each subject was required to provide two 24-hour urine collections under normal dietary conditions.Then the volunteers drank green tea for 7 consecutive days and24-hour urine and green tea were collected on day6 and day7.The oxalate concentration in24-hour urine and green tea were measured by ion exchange chromatography.Results The oxalate of the 24-hour urine was significantly increased[(0.24±0.09)mmol/24 h vs.(0.32±0.13)mmol/24 h,P0.05]after drinking green tea for a week.The concentration of green tea was(44.76±0.22)mg/L.Conclusion Drinking green tea can increase the urinary oxalate excretion of healthy volunteers,which may reduce the risk of calcium oxalate stone forming.
