观察了复合麻醉剂(XFM)对小型猪循环和呼吸系统的影响。结果得出:注射XFM后,小型猪的血压及心率5~10min时升至最高,之后逐渐下降,在80~100min时降至最低;体温从注药后开始下降,在整个监测过程中体温下降幅度在2℃以内;动脉血氧饱和度在整个监测过程中都在90%以上;呼吸频率在5~10min及80min时出现显著的变化。综合分析后表明:XFM对小型猪呼吸、循环系统的影响短暂且轻微,证明XFM组方科学、合理、临床使用安全。
Effects of XFM on miniature pigs circulatory system and respiratory system were observed. Results showed that after being injected XFM, blood pressures and heart rhythms ascended summit in 5- 10 min, afterwards they gradually descended, and they touched the bottom in 80~100 min. Temperature began to descend after being injected XFM, and its decrease amplitude within 2℃ during monitoring peri- od. Arterial oxygen saturation was always above 90% during monitoring period. Respiratory rate was changed significantly in 5-10 min and 80 min. Comprehensive analysis indicateed that XFM has brief and little effects on miniature pigs circulatory system and respiratory system, and XFM is proved that prescrip- tion formulation is scientific, reasonable and safe for clinical application.
