探索网络用户服务,在网络技术、商品等资源日趋一致的今天对争取用户具有重要意义.本论文以图情领域知识服务为特色,重点分析网站知识推荐接受中个体认知偏好的影响.经过知识分级推荐服务的接受模型设计、体验实验和问卷调研分析,得到个体认知偏好对知识分级推荐接受意图影响最大等有意义结论,具体表现为不同认知需求用户对知识推荐呈现内容分级加工的要求不同,不同认知风格用户对知识推荐的感知价值不同,由此可以为基于个体认知构建网站差异化服务策略提供理论依据.
It is significantly meaningful to explore the service of Wet users, since the network technology, commodities,and other resources are growing in line with each other today. This thesis take LIS domain knowledge service as features, and focus on analysis the impact of individual cognitive preferences on the acceptance for knowledge classification recommendation service. After designing the acceptance model of knowledge classification recommendation service, experiment and questionnaire survey analysis, we achieve some meaningful conclusions. Individual cognitive preferences is the most important factor that influence the acceptance of knowledge classification recommendation service. Specifically, different, users of cognitive need have different demands for the concent of knowledge classification recommendation, different users of cognitive style have different perceived value. These findings can provide theoretical basis for building differentiated website service based on individual cognition.
