Prioritizing the arriving orders in order entry stage can lead to more efficiency order acceptance decision and capacity allocation for MTO companies. Entropy-weighting TOPSIS method is used to prioritize arriving orders. Indicators are chosen from the aspects of increasing MTO company＇s profit and share in the competitive market. The evaluation index is weight determined objectively by entropy-weighting. And then TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the importance of arriving orders.
