尾水调压室设置条件是抽水蓄能电站初步设计的重要判据之一。本文首先对水泵水轮机在导叶直线关闭过程中的过流特性进行深入分析,推导出影响尾水管最小压力值的流量变化时间瓦的计算式,将其代入压力尾水道极限长度计算公式,进而得到抽水蓄能电站尾水调压室的设置准则。最后结合工程实例与尾水调压室设置的其它判据进行了对比分析得出:调压室规范中公式作为抽水蓄能水电站尾水调压室的设置准则是不合理的;日本公式仅适用于高水头抽水蓄能水电站;进一步证明了本文提出的公式可作为高、中、低水头抽水蓄能电站尾水调压室设置的初步判别准则。
The setting condition of tailrace surge tank is a key criterion in the preliminary design of pumped storage hydropower station. This paper derives a formula for calculation of the change time Ts of turbine flow that affects minimum pressure in the draft tube through an analysis on the discharge characteristics for the pump-turbines closing stage, and obtains a discriminant for setting condition of tailrace surge tank of such station. By comparative analysis of this discriminant for engineering projects with other discriminants, it is concluded as follows. The formula in the specifications is not a reasonable criterion for design of such surge tank, and Japan's formula is reasonable but only for high head conditions. The formulas presented in this paper are applicable to the preliminary design of tailrace surge tank in the low, medium and high ranges of station working head.
