从上海地区的大豆叶斑病病株和病种上分离出20个细菌菌株,经菌体形态、培养性状、生理生化、致病性、Biolog和脂肪酸测定,并与12个国际标准菌株比较,在国内首次明确了大豆“叶斑病”是由大豆细菌性疫病菌Pseudomonass astanoi pv.Glycinea(萨氏假单胞菌大豆致病变种)引起、种子可带菌和传病,10份自然病种的平均种子带菌率在7.6%,传病率存0.48%。
Twenty bacterial strains were isolated from soybean plants infected with a bacterial leaf spot and diseased seeds of soybean in Shanghai. They were tested in morpha, cultural character, physiology and biochemistry, pathogenicity, Biolog and fatty acid and compared with 12 international reference strains. It was confirmed firstly at home that Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. glycinea is a causal organism of the bacterial leaf spot of soybean in Shanghai. Soybean seeds could be the bacteria-carrier and carry the disease. The average carrier rate and disease transmission rate of the 10 diseased seed samples were 7.6% and 0.48% , respectively.
