Since China started to carry out its reform and open - door policy, many traditional bonus elements inclu-ding the population bonus , foreign capital and foreign trade bonus and the system change bonus have ensured a fas-ter development of China＇s economy. The gradual disappearance of the population bonus has brought about great changes to China＇s economic development, the disappearance of the foreign trade bonus narrows the market space of the economic development, the changes of the prices impact on the supply system of the economic development. The disappearance of the traditional bonus has greatly changed China＇s economic structure, which further leads to the imbalance of China＇s economic development. Therefore, in the context of the bonus changes in the new era of China＇s economic development, ways to create new bonus space include adjusting distribution system , pushing for-ward the system reform of the city and the countryside and propeling the development of the new economy.
