以流体力学、牛顿摩擦定律等为基础,建立了钻孔密封机理模型,得出了钻孔周边缝隙流体流动及泄漏量计算公式,分析了提高钻孔密封效果的影响因素。在此基础上,研发了具有两端封闭注浆室的新型煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔技术,提高了煤层瓦斯压力测定的准确性,实际运用取得了良好的效果。
Based on fluid mechanics and the Newton law of friction, a model of borehole sealing mechanism is established. This produces a calculating formula showing the flow of fluid in the cracks and the amount of fluid leakages around the boreholes. This paper also analyzes the influencing factors that improve borehole sealing. On the basis of the above,a new technology to test the coal seam gas pressure with grouting chamber closed at both ends of the borehole is developed. This increases the accuracy of coal seam gas pressure tests and its actual use in practice has achieved good results.
