在回顾可持续运输网络相关文献的基础上提出一个可持续多式联运网络设计的多目标优化模型,该模型以可持续运输的时间、费用和CO2排放三个维度作为模型的优化目标。针对模型复杂的问题,在优化分解模型的基础上,设计了单目标遗传算法和多目标遗传算法NSGA-II联合求解的方式求解该多目标优化问题,并且通过算例验证了算法的有效性。结果显示在适当分解模型的基础上,采用单目标和多目标算法联立的方法能够得到复杂联运问题的多目标非支配解。
A multi-objective optimization model of sustainable transport network is proposed on the basis of literature review.There are three dimensions of optimization objective of sustainable transport model,time,cost and emission of CO2.On the basis of decomposition model,a single objective genetic algorithms and multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II are combined to design a solution to solve the multi-objective optimization problem,and case studies validate the algorithm.The results show that on the basis of appropriate model decomposition,non-dominated solutions of complicated problems can be got through algorithms combination.
