本文从货物贸易和服务贸易两个方面分析了ECFA对韩国向中国大陆出口贸易的影响。分析结果表明由于韩国和中国台湾地区对中国大陆的出口商品结构相似,石油化工、钢铁、汽车等韩国对中国大陆出口的优势行业虽然会受到冲击但是影响不大;相比之下,服务贸易受到的负面影响加大。本文从紧密关注ECFA的发展动态、构筑韩企和台企共赢的合作模式、打造国际知名品牌、引领技术创新、提升核心竞争力以及推动中韩FTA建设等方面提出韩国应对ECFA的途径和对策。

英文摘要：

This paper analyzes how ECFA influences South Korea’s export trade with Chinese Mainland from the perspective of commodity trade and service trade.The study shows that South Korea shares the same export commodities structure with Taiwan region, and consequently, it results in a lit le shock of such advantageous industries as petrochemistry, steel and automobile in Chinese market.However, it brings greater impact on service trade.This paper tries to give suggestions for South Korea on keeping attention on the new development of ECFA, building up win-win cooperation with Taiwan’s enterprises, creating world-renown brands, leading technical innovation, enhancing core competitiveness and promoting FTA with China.
